OBJECTIVE :To find  proper resolutions for the frequent absenteeism in the college.

Discussions “progressive fines” as a methodology to handle absenteeism was discussed ,for lack of attendance  below 80 percent attendance ,for every 1 percent lack of attendance rs200  fine is going to be imposed .below 60 percent of attendance students are not going to be allowed to sit for writing mid exams or sem exams .parents meeting and heavy penalties for lack of conduct and suspension from the college minimum one fortnight was discussed .

Ratification and approval :all the discussed views are adopted after the concurrence of all the members.
