SUDARSHANA KRIYA
MRIPS organized a Breathing & Meditation Practices session in association with the Art of Living Foundation on 21 February 2026 at 11:00 AM onwards in the MRIPS Auditorium.
The workshop served as an introductory session to Sudarshana Kriya, emphasizing the deep connection between breath, body, and mind. Faculty members actively participated in guided breathing techniques and meditation practices.
During the session, scientific evidence supporting Sudarshana Kriya was presented, highlighting research-based benefits such as stress reduction, improved mental clarity, emotional stability, enhanced immunity, and overall well-being. The evidence-based explanations strengthened the academic relevance of the program and fostered meaningful engagement among participants.
