The BPharm second-year class-in-charges took a commendable initiative in organizing the Journal Club Presentation for the first time this academic year. The event turned out to be a great success due to the dedicated efforts of Mrs. Revathi and Mrs. Pranusha, who played a pivotal role in planning and executing the program.

 

The students were divided into teams of five members each and were guided by committed mentors, including Mrs. Revathi, Mrs. Pranusha, Dr. Ravi Kumar, Mrs. Anupama, and Mrs. Indraja. Each team was assigned topics from the four subjects currently being studied, with a focus on encouraging students to explore beyond textbooks by referring to journals and other scholarly resources.

 

The presentations were highly impressive, with every team confidently showcasing their research findings. The Dean, Dr. H. Ramana, graced the occasion and actively interacted with the students by posing insightful questions and motivating them to engage in further research activities. The event was also attended by Dr. J. Sangeeta, Vice Principal, and Dr. Ravindra Babu, HOD of Pharm D.

 

Overall, the program reflected the hard work, creativity, and research orientation of the students, along with the excellent guidance provided by their mentors. This initiative has set a remarkable precedent for future academic activities and has truly been a memorable and inspiring experience.
